Order Processing

All items are handmade, packed, and shipped by hand from Los Angeles, California.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–8 business days. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or product launches.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, which includes a tracking number. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on destination and postal service conditions.

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package through the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Practitioner Makes Progress is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to request assistance or file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Practitioner Makes Progress is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
