Frequently Asked Questions & Policies

Shipping Questions / Issues

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and include a tracking number. USPS estimates 2-5 business days for package arrival once it’s been shipped. Delivery times are determined by USPS and may vary depending on your location and seasonal volume.

Please refer to your tracking number for the most accurate delivery updates.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 2–5 business days. Practitioner Makes Progress is a one-person business and processing time allows me to produce and pack your order with care.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yep! All orders use USPS Ground Advantage, which includes a tracking number.

I'm having issues placing an order. Help?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

If refreshing the page or clearing your browser’s cache doesn’t work, please reach out with a description of the issue you are encountering and a screenshot of the issue (if possible).

I'd like to return or replace my order.

Because everything is made by hand in small batches, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If there was a major error on my end, please email me within a few days of delivery with photos, and I’ll see what I can do. Our full refund policy can be viewed on our checkout page.

My order shipped but hasn't arrived.

If your order has been marked as shipped, please check your tracking number first.

Once a package has been scanned by USPS, it is officially in their system and out of my hands. I do not have access to additional shipping information beyond what is shown in tracking.

If your package appears delayed or lost, you can file a Missing Mail search directly with USPS using your tracking number.

Product / Inventory Questions

Are your products handmade or manufactured?

I design, produce/print, assemble and ship everything myself in my home in Los Angeles! When you make a purchase from Practitioner Makes Progress, you are supporting an independent artist and small business. Thank you!

What is the difference between water resistant and waterproof?

My water resistant stickers are printed on vinyl sticker paper and are laminated for protection. Because they are not sublimated prints, they are not fully waterproof. This means they’ll be able to handle a gentle handwash but may become discolored after being run through a dishwasher.

Here is a photo of one of my stickers after being run through a dishwasher more than a dozen times: LINK

Are your stickers weatherproof?

While my stickers are water-resistant, they are not waterproof or weatherproof. Prolonged exposure to the great outdoors may not yield the best results.

Can I put these stickers on my car?

You can certainly try.

Please see the answer to "Are your stickers weatherproof." I am not responsible for any vehicle damage that the sticker adhesive may cause.

Will colors look exactly like they do on screen?

I do my best to color-correct all product photography to the physical product using a calibrated screen.

Will you restock sold-out designs?

I try my best to restock best-sellers quickly, though some items may become discontinued. Please reach out if you are inquiring about a specific product that has been unavailable for an extended period of time.

What kind of paper/print do you use?

I am going to write a blog post about this soon! Stay tuned.

Do you offer wholesale?

I currently do not offer wholesale, but will be looking into this in the future.
