Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

The only exceptions are if an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report an issue, please email contact@practitionermakesprogress.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Defective Items

Because all items are handmade, minor variations are normal and are not considered defects. This may include small differences in color, alignment, texture, or finish compared to product photos.

An item is considered defective only if it has a significant manufacturing flaw that makes it unusable for its intended purpose, such as:

  • Major printing errors or severe misprints

  • Significant physical damage not caused by shipping mishandling

  • Missing items from your order

  • Receiving the wrong product entirely

Minor cosmetic variations that occur as part of the handmade process are not considered defects.

Color Disclaimer

We do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device display, and lighting conditions.

Because of this, minor color differences between what you see on your screen and the physical product are normal and not considered defects.

Sticker Durability

Our stickers are printed on laminated vinyl, which makes them water resistant, but not fully waterproof.

  • Water resistant means the stickers can handle light moisture, splashes, and normal handling.

  • Waterproof products are fully sealed and designed to withstand prolonged exposure to water or repeated dishwasher cycles.

Because our stickers are water resistant rather than waterproof, they may degrade if exposed to heavy water, soaking, dishwashers, or outdoor weather for extended periods.

Processing & Fulfillment Time

All items are made, packed, and shipped by hand in Los Angeles, California.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–8 business days. Processing time may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or product launches.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@practitionermakesprogress.com and include photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver the package.

Practitioner Makes Progress is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim or request assistance.

Refunds or Replacements

If we determine that your order arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item or refund at our discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
